- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My pregnant wife and I tried to move in, and there was a terrible smell. We notified management immediately, and they would not be frank with us about what was going on. They said it had something to do with water in the crawlspace. Is that mold? Is it sewage? Why would they attempt to rent us a unit in such poor condition. I saw it as very dishonest. We moved out prior to being there for one month. They even had the gall to argue with me about refunding my money.
